Which Retail app are you interested in using Enterprise Manager to manage?  This is about all I can say under Oracle's blogging guidelines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While we may not have specific packs to cover Oracle Retail applications yet, numerous features of Oracle Enterprise Manager can be used to manage your Oracle Retail application environment.  For example, using the standalone Service Level Management pack, you could monitor your applications via synthetic transactions.
