You need to enable SARM first before using the transaction diagnostic tool.<BR/><BR/>Application Management Pack for Siebel runs on top of Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control. When you buy the pack, Grid Control comes with it. I am in a discussion with the DBA team in my company on ways to use the Application Management Pack for Siebel.<BR/><BR/>My assumption is to turn on SARM in the Siebel server and collect the performance data on a separate database. Point the centerally located 'Application Management Pack for Siebel' of the GRID to analyse the SARM data.
